FlashFillers Pro provides a platform for certified medical professionals to purchase aesthetic medical supplies. You must be a licensed and certified medical professional to create an account and purchase products. By registering, you confirm that you meet these criteria and will provide accurate and complete information.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Products and Orders
All products listed on our site are intended for use by certified medical professionals. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Product information, including pricing and availability, is subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product information as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
4. Short-Dated Products
A key part of our business model involves the sale of "short-dated" products. This means the products have a shorter remaining shelf life than standard stock but are guaranteed to be safe and effective until the specified expiration date. The expiration date for each product is clearly displayed on the product page. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FlashFillers Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to various countries within Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order value. Orders with a total value of 250€ or more are eligible for free shipping. For orders below 250€, a flat rate of 5€ applies for shipping to Austria, and a flat rate of 10€ applies for shipping to Germany, Italy, and all other countries we deliver to. Shipping times will be estimated at checkout.
